Amazfit Heart Rate Not Working: Problem Solved

Re-Pair Connection 

If your Amazfit heart rate is not working and data is not showing. You should re-pair your Amazfit with the Amazfit app. Because this process will make a new connection and solve the glitches. 

You can follow the steps below to do this:

Remove from App

  1. Open the Zepp app and then tap on the Profile icon
  2. Tap on Amazfit band/ watch under My Device 
  3. Scroll down to the bottom 
  4. Tap on the Unpair button 
  5. And then tap again on Unpair from the confirmation message 

Remove from Bluetooth 

You should also remove the Amazfit device from the phone’s Bluetooth settings. 

  1. Open your mobile phone’s settings 
  2. Tap on Bluetooth from here 
  3. Tap on Pair device
  4. And Unpair your Amazfit device from here

Now you should have to check that your Amazfit band heart rate is fixed. 

Restart Amazfit Watch and Phone

Restart Amazfit.

  2. Tap on settings

Restart Mobile Phone

Pair with Zepp

  1. Download the Zepp app from the Google Play store/ Apple app store 
  2. Open the app and sign into your account

  4. Once you setup your account then, you will see a screen asking to connect your device
  5. Tap on the watch and bring it closer to the mobile phone for pairing
  6. The app will ask to confirm the pairing request 
  7. Tap on the checkmark icon on your watch to conform

Cleanup Storage 

Sometimes another reason can be that your Amazfit watch has insufficient storage space. Ensure your watch has enough storage space to save the activity and history data files. If its storage is complete, you need to remove some files. 

  1. Go to the Amazfit app 
  2. Tap on workout/status
  3. Click on see more exercise
  4. Press and hold the activity that you want to delete till dialogue deletes this record popup 
  5. Tap on the ok button to delete 

Re-Install Zepp App

Still, if your Amazfit heart rate is not working, you should re-install the Amazfit app on your mobile phone. Re-installing the Zepp app will remove the minor app issue. Also, if the app has crashed, this process will solve the problem.

Uninstall app
