amazfit band 5 not connecting

I bought an Amazfit Band 5 last month. It is a fantastic band that was working incredibly. But I have been having a problem with my Amazfit band for a few days. It is not connecting with my mobile phone. I was wandering everywhere and wanted to know what the real problem was and how I could prevent it.

I have concluded some possible reasons and the solution to fix this problem.

Let’s take a cursory look at it’s possible solution:

The most common reason that affects the Amazfit band is that; its battery can be low, caches can be stored on the device, and another Bluetooth device can be available close to the band. You should charge your band, keep close to the phone, remove caches and restart your band.

Let’s take a deep look at its possible solutions:

How to fix the Amazfit Band 5 that is not connecting?

Here is the detailed discussion to solve this problem if your Amazfit Band 5 is not connecting to the phone:

Ensure Battery Is Fully Charged

First of all, you should check out your Amazfit Band 5 battery. If its battery is too low, you may be unable to connect to the phone. Sometimes your band can keep disconnecting from the mobile phone.

The solution to this problem is to plug your device into the charger. And left it for about 10 minutes. While your Amazfit band is fully charged, you can now try to connect it with your phone.

Turn Off, On Bluetooth, and Re-Open the Amazfit App

However, if your Amazfit band is fully charged, it’s not to connect to your phone. You can implement this method to fix this issue. Go to the mobile Bluetooth settings and turn off the Bluetooth.

Re-open Amazfit app

After a moment, turn the Bluetooth on, and now try to connect the band with your phone. If you want to do this, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the mobile Settings
  2. Scroll down to the Bluetooth
  3. Tap on turn On/ Off

Now that you have done the steps above, you should do the next step. When you are interacting with your Amazfit app, you have to exit the app. And reopen this Amazfit app on your phone. This process can be a possible solution in some conditions.

Keep Away From Other Devices

Another main thing you should ensure is that there is not any other device that has Bluetooth turned on. Because if there are other devices available to connect with the mobile, you can face this issue.

Ensure you are in an area where no other device is available. If you think any other devices are trouble with your band connectivity. Go away from this area and connect your Amazfit band 5 to your mobile phone.
