Ensure Battery Pack Is Fully Charged

Sometimes you are plugging the battery pack into the charger and don’t know if it is changing or not. 

You can ensure the battery pack power by following the steps below:

When you plug it into the charger, a LED light will illuminate the battery pack. It means the battery pack is plugged correctly, and it starts charging. 

You can see the battery status when it is not charging by observing its lights. It will depend on their colors and how much is the battery percentage. 

  1. A solid Green light indicates that the battery level is about 70% to 100%
  2. Solid red light indicates the battery level is less than 69% to 1%  

Align the Battery pack With Strap Correctly

If you have ensured the battery pack is ultimately charged, your Whoop is still not charging. The second method is to ensure you have aligned the battery pack with your Strap correctly.

If the battery pack is not attached correctly to the Strap, your Whoop will not be charged. 

You should follow the steps below to put the battery pack on Strap correctly:

  1. Put the battery pack and align the whoop logo with the band logo and slide it onto the Strap 
  2. The battery pack will lock when the two Hoop engrave sides cover each other 
  3. You will hear a lock sound when it is perfectly attached

Wait for 5 minutes and then double tap on the battery pack. If white LED illuminates on the battery pack, your band is charging. 

If it does not work, wait for 5 to 8 seconds between attempts. Use 2-3 more times with slightly more force. 

When the white lights start to illuminate, your band is successfully charging. Leave the battery pack attached with a band for 60 to 90 hours.

Use Whoop App

You can check the band battery level from the Whoop App. Simply go to the Whoop app, and you can see the battery level at the bottom of the overview screen. 

From Band

You can check the battery level by double tapping on the whoop screen. And observe leads to check the battery percentage.

  1. If there is green light indicates, it means the battery is 50 to 100% 
  2. If the orange light flashes, the battery will be 20 to 49% 
  3. Red light is the sign that your Whoop’s battery is less than 20% 

Use Standard USB C Charging Cable

If your charging pack is not charged and you have checked the indicators and concluded that it is not charging at all. You should ensure you are using the original Whoop charger.

USB-C charging cable is standard and compatible with your band. Always make sure you are using this same cable to charge the band. 

If you don’t have the original cable, you can use another USB-c compatible cable. And put it correctly into the battery pack charging port. 

Observe the led light carefully if your Whoop band starts charging and leave it for 2 to 2.5 hours to charge fully. 

Use Another Power Source.

If you use the original USB-c charger to charge the Whoop battery pack. But the problem is not solved. You should use a different power source to charge your battery pack completely. 

If you use any wall outlet to charge the band, you should try a computer’s USB port to charge the battery pack.
