  3. Tap on About Watch 
  4. Tap Update watch Software

Reset the watch, and your mobile phone will permanently remove all stored data and user-entered activities. Ensure that you have backup all your data from your Galaxy watch 4 and mobile phone.

  6. When recovery is highlighted, press and hold the power button and release until your device enters recovery mode
  7. Press the Back button to navigate to Factory Reset, then press the Power button 
  8. When Factory reset completes, all your data will be removed, and you’ll return to the Recovery screen again.
  9. Press the “Power button” to Reboot the system now

  1. Go to your mobile phone home screen 
  2. Select the Settings
  3. Scroll down to System
  4. Select About here
  5. And tap on Reset phone

  1. Press and hold the power button and Volume down button until you feel the vibration
  2. After this vibration, release the buttons; and immediately press the Volume down button until you see an exclamation icon on the screen 
  3. Now press the following buttons; Volume up, Volume down, Power, and Volume down. Your phone will now reset automatically. 

Keep Close Galaxy Watch and Phone

If your Galaxy Watch 4 is still not fixed, you should ensure that your mobile phone and galaxy watch 4 are in the Bluetooth pairing range. Because if your devices are out of range, your watch will keep disconnecting, or maybe it does not connect to the phone.
